The size was way off for what a medium should be. Didn’t notice the final sale part and that means now we can’t return or exchange and are out $85 for nothing

The sizes were way off and customer service was non-responsive. Unfortunately this was a very bad shopping experience.

This is not the first time I have ordered from Voda. I bought my wife swimsuits from Voda before. I received this shipment and it was clear that one of the swimsuits in particular was worn before because it had makeup/self-tanner bronze all over the breast area. I did reach out and to customer service via email and received an email back from Kristina regarding an exchange and I did complete the request. Granted I don't know a lot about women's swimwear but at this price point there are a large variety of options and I expect the highest quality. The items I got were packaged poorly and were not new. Other swimsuits I would have ordered are not in stock and based on my current experience I don't know if I will even order from Voda again.

Item processed for shipment 2 days later so even though I paid for expediated shipping it didn’t arrive on time. Now waiting on refund. Items were returned a week ago.

I buy in July , but delivery on oct , in between I send 5 times email to follow up , finally I got it 3 months later , it pass my 2 times vacation , that can’t wear my bikini, so unhappy , lucky finally got a extra gift as apology, better then nothing only
