Customer service is a joke

My shirts arrived two weeks ago but I need to exchange because I accidentally ordered v-neck instead of the crew neck. I've emailed customer service 4 times to get instructions on how to exchange with no response. Not sure why returns/exchanges are so difficult? You should just give instructions on returns/exchanges on your website. Now I'm stuck with $50 worth of shirts that I won't wear because no one will contact me. I actually love the shirts and would order more if I was able to return these shirts. Too bad your customer service sucks big time!

Customer service is non-existent

I needed an exchange on this item and haven't been able to connect with this company for more than two weeks. Maybe this products works for you if you are *absolutely sure* you will not need a refund or exchange.

Marginal at best...

VERY marginal product availability, CONSTANTLY out of stock. That's NO way to run a business. Basically non-existent customer service whereby it takes weeks, if ever, to receive replies to customer support emails etc... I switched brands. Under-fit is not the only brand making dry wicking, form fitting underwear. There are SEVERAL brands that I feel are better.

Boxers

I love (absolutely) love your undershirts but the boxers were a real disappointment. They didn't fit well at all. Too tight and too long.
