If anything goes wrong with your order, you can count on American Optical to set it right. Their customer service was polite, helpful, and friendly. As for the sunglasses, they are thick and heavy; you can tell they are much more durable and well-made than the cheap sunglasses Ray-Ban pumps out these days. I would choose AO over Ray Ban any day. I was surprised at how much better the materials are for the same price. If you want an American pair of sunglasses, nothing beats AO.
