a total fail

My package was stolen off my front step, and instead of trying to help me work to rectify this, they keep directing me to USPS, which obviously is like running into a brick wall. USPS won’t return my my calls or process my case and dippin daisys won’t help anymore either.

It was very hard to get in contact with the team because they sent me the wrong size top & I asked for a refund for many days and they would respond to email’s once day for like 4 days.On the 4th day I finally got an answer, but it was not easy.
