A long ordering process but worth the wait. I ordered four items (two swim suit sets) over a month ago. I received them in a timely manor but somewhere along the way the package was destroyed. When I received it, it was rewrapped in a FedEx package because the Dippin' Daisey's cardboard package was completely torn up. Only three out of the four items I ordered were there so one must have gotten lost. Luckily, I bought Route shipping with my package (which I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!! They were extremely helpful throughout this process). I put in a request and Dippin Daisey's sent the item that was lost. Well, that package got lost again. USPS said "late arrival no ETA" for over a week so I knew it wasn't coming. I contacted Dippin Daisey's and Route once again and they sent the package via FedEx and it arrived within a couple days (I think due to all my troubles and I expressed I needed them by a certain date for my beach vacation). So all in all, I was super satisfied with the support of both Dippin Daisey's and Route. Both companies were super responsive and helpful with the shipping disasters. I would recommend to Dippin Daisey's that they find a different packaging method because my first package was just about ripped to shreds. I know the USPS is also struggling right now so I understand the challenges there. But I can finally say I received my missing item and I absolutely love the products. The suits fit very well and they're great material.
