She offered a replacement from their color selection or a full refund. We opted to wait and she kept me apprised of the supply status several times and always responded to my email inquiries. I was thrilled when she emailed that one of the sizes was available and I was able to immediately order it. Shipping was amazing also!! Received it in 3-4 days from when I placed the order. My outstanding order was fulfilled faster than I expected and the size I corresponded with Sheena about, was updated even before their online was updated.
