I got a defective product that tore immediately. I appreciate the prompt refund, but the response of "Ok, here's a refund" and no dismay or surprise or attempt to fix didn't exactly give me confidence to buy another of your products.

I wish the Portland stores were still open. Paying for shipping when you live in town feels lame and removes that 'local' vibe.
