I shipped a pair of boots back, as they were too big, I had them on track and sign, they arrived at Chrome on the 4th of January, by the 11th of January I queried why I had not received an update on my return, after a few emails Chrome informed me that they did have them. Chrome were very quick in responding to me query, but it would have been good to have been informed that they had received my package
