Poor quality product

Shipping was fine. I’m stuck with a shirt that’s too big on me due to your sizing chart. It was my first purchase from Grayson and a final sale so I can’t exchange/return.

Still do not have the shirt

I received a different item than ordered. Contacted the company and immediately proceed with the return. No one offer to exchange the item or ship the item I actually ordered. I got a confirmation my returned item was received by the company. It has been over a month from that and no refund was yet processed...
