Not happy with the return process at all, over one month and still not resolved. This is why I typically shop at departments stores like Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Overpriced inferior product

Didn’t like that I was charged for a return. Tried to exchange size on a sale item and it wasn’t possible. So sadly I have a very expensive see through dress that is too tight in the arms.

Terrible customer service

Shirt is not worth high price
