I feel with not being able to return has taught me a lesson not to order from this sight again

I contacted you weeks ago to ask how to launder these shorts so they feel as soft as when brand new and no one every responded. This would be lame for a $30 shirt but for a $160 one it’s unacceptable.

Poor quality

Service was poor - photos and sizing was misleading, and customer service was unwilling to work with the customer to rectify.

Product is not at all what I expected. Much lower quality fabric and design than what appears online.
