I ordered the Lola, going with my usual size, confirmed with the size guide, sadly they pressed slightly on my toe so given that my feet may swell over the day I decided to return them. For that price I felt they should be 100%right. Return process was easy with a prepaid address label And kept informed of when they recievednit back. However you do lose a bit of money (2£) and I am still waiting for my refund although they do say refunds may take 2-3 weeks! I ordered a slightly cheaper pair instead so should be refunded the difference. The shoe was nice and I am gutted it did not suit me as I really wanted them for an outfit I have planned. Nicely made and comfy apart from the slight size issue.

Sizing issue, 4 was too small and 5 was a 51/2 (as advertised) so sadly too big. Shame as great shoes and really wanted the platform version. Have an old pair that are not platform and they are wonderful in every way

Nice pumps! Come up quite large though. The only downside is that a refund takes ages! I’m still waiting

Not a great fit for me, but now that I have worn them can’t return them.

Delivery took a while. The shoes are comfortable but sadly make any low socks move down from your ankles. I suspect they come up a little big? Obviously worn now so no return!
