Great brand but prices went up quite a bit. Better in stores. New app harder to use. Initial customer service team is great, but 2nd level customer support does not return calls. Disappointing

Order arrived before I expected it. I had not sent in item that was being exchanged. I was able to wear the shoes with the outfit for which they had originally been purchased. Bravo Aerosoles, Bravo! !!!

Like the style, but too expensive. Right after delivery this shoe was already reduced by $20. 😕

Just ok. Lacking comfort for a pair of Aerosoles. Great shiny gold though.

Love the shoes but the website should instruct buyers that P O boxes will end up making items be returned as UPS and FedEx do not deliver to Post Offices.
