order took longer than expected to arrive

I can’t believe you can make a pant without pockets especially for golf!

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service hasn’t been great. I sent the shirt back for an exchange over a month ago and haven’t heard anything back despite multiple follow-ups. I’m still waiting for my replacement and hoping the XS fits. If anyone from the A. Putnam team comes across this review, I would really appreciate someone reaching out to help resolve this. Usually great! But not on this order

I ordered and pair for 2 shorts and 2 tops on 11 August and I am still waiting for them. I reached out to you twice already through the contact form on the website and a DM on Instagram but I haven’t had any response. A delay in shipment I can understand, but I don’t understand why you’re not replying to my requests.
