I find the site easy to navigate, and appreciate that each product has multiple pictures, both with sample accoutrements and without.

I have purchased several items from Saddleback including a gift this last Christmas for my wife (which she loves). Thank you Saddleback for delivering such great service, my briefcase is 10 years old, it has traveled all over the world, and is still going strong!

Great look and great quality

Saddleback quality is without peer. It is simply the highest quality there is. No question about it. I own several Saddleback bags and I have given several as gifts. The craftsmanship in the manufacturing and the material used is impressive. I have always been intrigued with leather bags. High fashion bags, work bags, old pony express bags, ect. and I thought I knew something about them. That is, until I purchased my first Saddleback bag. There is nothing in history or in current production that rises to the level of a saddleback bag or luggage. I try to buy one new saddleback bag or piece of luggage per year because they will fight over them when I'm dead.

This fills the gap for me between a pack and wallet. The fun of using this satchel doesn’t get old.
