I bought the Tow belt. And my post office gave my package to the wrong person. I wrote to saddle back and they gave me a new one. This company truly cares about there customers! As for the belt it is incredible. I am a large man who has to keep his shirt tuck in for the job at night and I do alot of walking. This belt keeps my pants on tight and everything Is tucked with no issues. This company rocks!
