Beautiful quality, great customer service!

I've ordered a dozen different products over the years. Customer service has been excellent and seamless, and I continue to order because of the exceptional quality of the prouct.

What I like most about the site is the recent additions of the pictures (Instagram?) of bags that we can see. It is nice because one can see the bags in use and how they look in real world. I can say that I have purchased a couple of bags recently because looking at the pictures gave me ideas of ways I could them that I had not thought about previously.
