The customer care people are always great.

This is the first time in my life that my footwear actually fits. For several decades I thought discomfort and sores were unavoidable. A simple email exchange dramatically improved the quality of my life.

Have purchased this work boot for years. First time I’ve had an out of box failure. Was made right immediately. THANK YOU

I have spent my entire life wearing shoes that were WAY too small, unbeknownst to me, which has caused me severe pains in the joints of my feet after long work days. Finding out my actual shoe size and finding this company has been a Godsend. These boots are SO comfortable and I haven't had any foot pain since the day I started wearing them. THANK YOU
