Customer service has been great. The bra I purchased is a great style and color; very minimalist but with padded cups. It is just a bit tight in the band making it uncomfortable. I think it would have been perfect if the band was a bit larger

So far my experience with Boody is very good. The customer service makes an effort to connect to the customers needs in a kind and timely way. Also items arrive in a timely fashion as well. I have been a loyal customer for years now with a very large wardrobe of Boody items and I appreciate the direction of their growth: comfort, sustainable,performance.

First shipment arrived with damaged box and missing items, but Boody sent replacement items quickly and my correspondence with them was courteous, friendly and helpful.
