Everything good except Communication with customer service. A phone call would be easier to explain anything.

It was my first time

It was my first time ordering from Boody. I first got a tracking number that never moved. I was told to wait. After more than 2 weeks and after many emails exchanges, was finally resent my order priority, which I got fast this time.

Communication through a phone call would've been less frustrating than trying to explain something through an email, but you're only contact is through email

I like the product material

I like the product material and soft feel of the fabrics. However … Depending upon the product chosen some of the product material is very thin and seems high priced for the value. I do like that it’s an Australian based company so even tho the clothing is produced in SE Asia I do like to support both the SE Asian economy & ‘commonwealth’ countries so that’s appealing for me as a purchaser.
