I feel ashamed for having bought so many items from you over time. You didn't deserve it. I placed an order back in May. It took over a month to deliver, and now it is taking over a month to get a refund. Get your house in order, Orlebar Brown and Chanel.

Wanted to exchange the size. It proved impossible due to poor communication with Customer Service. Ended up just asking for a refund.

I was scammed by a Orlebar website and the brand couldn’t give a &&&&. Best bet is to stay away from this brand as there are too many scammers selling it and the brand owner won’t help at all and does nothing.

Garment doesn't dry properly. Still appears wet in places around the seam/sown areas for several hours after pool or ocean wear. Filed a warranty claim which was refused. Took to OB in Cannes at Carlton. Store manager agreed this was indeed a warranty claim and provided contact information to relay to warranty team. Ten days later still awaiting for situation to be escalated or resolved. Can't figure out why the incredible pushback.
