I’m loving my backpack and cord pack thingie! Couldn’t be happier!

Nina has been amazing. I cant thank her enough for all of her help. My package was mis-delivered and after going through the claim process with the post office. The color I wanted was out or stock. She stayed on top of everything and when i noticed the color was back in stock and reached they had already shipped my package. I also love the bag and the cord pouch. But my interaction with Nina made all the difference.
