I placed the order through Instagram. I received order confirmation, but not the tracking and shipping for a few days, so I decided to email customer service. The representative responded after I surprisingly received my goods! They were very efficient and I received my order faster than I anticipated. I was a little worried about not receiving a sooner update on the status of my order, however; It’s probably not Maaji responsibility to communicate post order processing and more so the carrier, when is comes to receiving tracking and shipping information.
