Products are great. Shipping takes way too long

Works as expected

Everything is good, rain gear has had some issues, but no problems with anything else.

Service is good, ships in timely manner. Takes too long to get tracking info is the main downside.

Decent item, good price, needs more colors, needs sizes fixed. Most of the customer service team is good but some of the policies aren’t even known by the employees making it hard to want to keep ordering and upper management does very little to help solve problems, often caused by ironwear.
