DVN

Communication is beyond slow. Awaiting a response to my email. I don’t like being made to feel *I* was the issue (ordered based off their site recommendation but then they tell me it’s best to order up if wearing heavier clothes, that’s not what the site said). I’m hopeful the company will resolve my concern. Only gave an extra star because they took the time to update the info on their website but I (the effected actual customer) am still awaiting a response and resolution.

I’m never ordering from you guys again and I will definitely inform my chapter And other chapters in my surrounding area to never order anything from you guys.

Submitted an order in late September/ early October. The 7 weeks recommended to receive my order past a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t heard from DVN or their employees.

Terrible experience!

I still have not received the correct and despite reaching out to DVN 3 times on 3 separate occasions, I cannot get a response.
