I ordered clothing for my daughter’s Christmas gift of 2019 and 2020. Both times the items arrived in time for Christmas. In 2020 the wrong item arrived, I notified DVN via email and was promptly addressed with an apology and shipping information for the corrected item. This company really has amazing customer service and quality products. Each order I’ve placed has been an excellent surprise to my daughter and she’s loved everything.
