Two out of the three I ordered were bent, and I did not know how to return them

I was disappointed getting these, while I love the style and patterns they are way too big for my glasses. They take up extra room in the medium sized tote; but instead of the hassle to return them I gave them away to friends who wear large framed glasses. There was no size indicator of the product like the previous case I had which was damaged in a fall... it is no longer available from that brand. I'll keep looking for the perfect medium sized case that fits my needs

I like the glasses just not the steps I needed to take to get them

The frames are great but the lenses are not clear on the top. The reading portion is what I need but I cannot see clearly when using the non-adjusted area. I will only be able to use them for reading and not wearing.

Shipping is extremely slow. Almost 2 weeks to receive a general order.
