I’ve bought 2 previous pair of the same frames, but my 3rd purchase my lenses are not secure in my frames. They are very loose & you can hear them rattling while moving around.

Size and shade of tint , not happy. Have to pay shipping back?

The glasses are fine. Your customer service. Horrible Horrible. I called left number, I sent email no answer. Why would anybody order perscription glasses from a company like yours. No professionalism at all. I did want glasses made I had a script from my eye doctor. Terrible service

I really wanted to love the glasses that I purchased. However, one pair was too small, and the other pair didn't match the description. It appeared gradient on the site, but they were not. Unfortunately, I don't believe it's prudent to order these online - at least not for me.
