This looks like an attractive brand. Good selection and an easy order process; shipment and communication are good. However, orders are very rigid - if you want to exchange an item you bought on sale, you cannot! You must return it and repurchase (the sale may be gone by then). They have a phone number but do not answer the phone. Someone may return your call in a day or e-mail you within a day, so communication is fairly easy (they are responsive over e-mail). The product looks good, but is made in China, so I cannot attest to the lasting quality, but looks and feels all right (like the star rating for this review).

Glasses are cute, I have about 10 pairs from sunníes to readers but they are pretty flimsy and they all run large. Most of them have stretched out so I can’t even wear them anymore. I have 3 pairs of the commando 2.0 and one of them the nose piece broke. I reached out to customer service and the response I got was a link to the return policy, nothing else. I’m disappointed with the customer service. As a small business owner, this is not how I handle my customer inquiries. Won’t be buying any more.

Tght they would be of better quality glasses. Seem a bit frail

My favorite was the MLK which you discontinued. The Visionary is similar but not the same. It is heavier and the tortoiseshell is darker.

The sunglasses arrived in a little over 10 days but that is acceptable considering it was the holiday season. The glasses felt fine but the nose peices were considerably bent and I just can't get them to sit balanced on my face. The frames like I said felt fine but the nose peices were bent and the glasses therefore rode at a 10-15 degree tilt. When I attempted to bend the nose peices back they felt like they would snap so I stopped. The glasses were small on my head and pinched my head. However that is my fault and not the company's considering it is my head after all and I didn't look into the dimensions of the frames. Overall they feel solid and the lenses are clear and scratch free on arrival. The case was adequate and came with a cleaning cloth. I could see these working great for women or a average to below average sized male head, and are worth the money if you can figure out the nose pieces.
