The folks at Allbirds were awesome when the size I needed wasn’t what I ordered. The turn around from sending back the original to getting the right size was 5 days. Great customer service.

I ordered a size too small. Return was without problem, and larger size shoes came in a few days after. Could not ask for any better service. Shoes seem comfortable but will need to let snow melt before truly trying them out

Runners fit and feel great. Shipped to my door in a couple of days. Looking forward to getting some Treerunners.

I love the shoes. They are comfortable to wear indoors with no socks and I hope they will be as nice to wear outdoors. Unfortunately I ordered them the beginning of February (fast delivery!) and we have had nothing but ice and snow ever since. As far as size... I take a women’s 12 B and your men’s 11 fits nicely. Men’s 11 are usually too wide for me. If they do as well outdoors I will definitely order more.
