Great fit , better service

I was SO excited to order these sneaks - I have read amazing reviews and I am just such a fan of comfy, casual shoes. I have to say they are just ok. Part of my frustration I think stems from they not being made in half sizes. I am a true 8.5. Based on the little chart/quiz on the website, I ordered the suggested 8 originally. They were too small and I had to return them for a 9. Which are, as expected, a bit too big. I am not sure why there are no half sizes but it's just clearly not quite the right shoe for me. I think for folks who are a true 'full size', they may have a much better experience. I will say the customer support has been great, no complaints at all, just slightly disappointed overall in the shoe itself.

Ordering process is very streamlined. Shoes are fantastic. Have 3 pairs now and never have gross smelly feet or even have to wear socks anymore.
