Excellent product. Super fast shipping. I bought them for my husband for Christmas and he hasn’t taken them off. He loves them. Now I need a pair.

The comfort is life changing in these shoes! I’m usually a size 8.5 so I sized up to 9. They are so well made, so comfortable, but I should have sized down. The heel slips just a little to be annoying so I started an exchange. Customer service at this company is outstanding! Im waiting on a pair of tree slippers in a size 8. I really hope they work because these are amazing shoes!

Got my first pair, super comfortable but snug. Return period had ended but Allbirds was nice enough to allow an exchange for a larger size! New pair is perfect! Customer service was superb! Accommodating and efficient! I had a new pair very quickly. Highly recommended.

Wasn’t completely sold at first, but after wearing these for a few days indoors (which I was confident doing because of Allbirds great return policy), I am loving these shoes and am considering buying a second pair in another colour. Soft, comfy, a bit of support make these a great daily wearing shoe. I’m a size 8 and between a wide and medium width foot. First wear was a bit worried that the upper was too low (which would normally prompt me to go a size up to get more length and therefore get the end of my toe in the fuller part of the upper) but after a few days the wool upper has formed to my foot and the length feels fine. So, all that to say, if you’re worried about sizing, wear these around the house for a couple of days before you decide.

The order shipped quickly and the shoes were exactly as expected and the fit was perfect. Bought as a gift and they were happily received!
