These runners were purchased as Christmas gifts and the recipients couldn't be happier! The shoes are stylish and comfy, and now I want some for myself, too. I also can't say enough about the AWESOME customer service from Allbirds -- 5 stars all around!

I haven't had a chance to wear the shoe outdoors yet; it's cold and snowy here. But I wear the shoe indoors and it is very comfortable. The teal colours is beautiful and exactly the same colour as on the site. The site also recommends buying a size higher if half size, which I did, and the shoe fits well with socks.

I am very pleased with Allbirds: their product and their company in general. I had problems (not their fault) with delivery of the first pair I ordered, and they corrected it swiftly and more than fairly. Their return policy and customer service truly are exceptional. Not to mention the product. Very warm, simple, well-made. I am pleased with the pair I received which are exactly as expected (though more pink than red) and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
