Clothes are lovely but a couple of kids items ripped pretty easily and have had to be repaired.

I my problem was that I never received an email confirming my order and therefore a bit later I reordered thinking that ithe first one hadn’t been Received. I did get a confirmation in my junk mail for the second order and from there on the service was good.

I absolutely loved the picture of this sun dress, the colours and style so lovely for a little girl however, when it was delivered I was so disappoint by the fabric it’s so thin you can see through it, I wondered what it would be like when washed as it was quite expensive I reluctantly sent it back.

Fine but your filters don’t work properly. Particularly important when buying for kids that you can filter by age. Once you click after the first page every age comes up therefore had to check the availability individually.

we choose delivery at home. Not getting anything after 10 days, we send an email to ask and got answer it had been delivered at "pick up place" without any precision. We had to look by ourselves what was the place. After all, we got the products, which are fine.
