Unbelievable
I found M&M online and I'm really impressed with everything about them! During this pandemic they assisted me in finding bermuda shorts that fit my "in between sizes" body. After my first delivery, I decided that I preferred the denim bermudas, but needed to try another size. Customer service answered my email promptly and told me "No problem, we will send the new ones for you to try, just hold on to the first batch until we see what fits you best". NO WAY! No charge to me. No note demanding a return first. Easy peasy! When the new order showed up and I had mixed feelings about the sizing, I decided to return them and start over. NOPE! I was told to donate the shorts in my possession to a shelter or someone in need! Are you kidding!? Just so happens the 4th of July saw a fire in our city that took out five houses on the same block...the shorts are being delivered to the ladies of those homes today! Thank you M&M! I also got my refund today. No one does this! I'll be a customer for life! Fabulous service by fabulous humans!!!
