Love these pants! The first ones I ordered in a size 8-2. I really received them quickly and was excited to see how they fit. Too big! I emailed right away asking to exchange them for a size 6 and ordered another pair as well. The CS rep said hang on the the first pair until the new ones arrived to make sure I had the right size. When they came a few days later I was so excited! They were perfect. I followed up so that I could return the ones that were too big. Instead of sending them back, they said to find someone who might use them and give them away. That thoughtfulness on their part made me love this company even more!

I received my cardigan in a timely manner and it feels so great to wear. Thank you.
