I called customer service, waits time were exceptionally long so I was instructed to send an email, I sent an email from which I was advised to call customer service. Once again I called and again wait times were exceptionally long, this time I left a call back number to which no one has responded. I just want to return the pants.

They are so much lower cut in the back than the front, they won't stay up on my hips. They stretched out and nearly fell off, I had to hold onto them to walk. The jeans also stretched out as the day passed, but not as bad as the trousers. They were cut too low in the back also. I would have asked for a refund but I didn't know they would be this bad.
