My order, that I paid for, never arrived.

I had ordered a size 14 last year, they were too tight and couldn't wear them. This year I ordered a size 16, per your system sizing and they way too big. I can't win with your clothing, and will never order again.

Haven’t received my pants, or should I say the traveling pants. They have traversed California north to south, including a brief stop at a nearby USPO. But alas I have yet to get them.

I received jeans that were too big. I reached out via email, wanting an exchange. Jo Lyn ( Senior Consultant) told me they are unable to fit me. Ok. So I asked if I could exchange for something else. Jo Lyn never responded. Many emails went unanswered - me asking her for help, repeatedly. Crickets. She wiped her hands of me. Can't reach the company by phone. They direct you to email in order to deal with any issues. Great. I'm being ignored and I'm stuck with a $79 pair of jeans that don't fit. The quality isn't what you'd expect for the price point either. Think Walmart stretchy jeans. Extremely disappointed at how they run their business. I did receive their product quickly, so there's the one star.
