I placed my order over the phone. The person wrote my address and email incorrectly. My order was shipped to the wrong place. I called back a month later and they reshipped to the correct address. I got the order. I’m honestly not fond of the material and fit of the pants. And for the price I won’t keep them as backup. I emailed to get an rma to return. I got an email 2 days later and was told I have to wait 2 weeks For an rma because of the delays due to the pandemic. They also don’t tell you when ordering that there is a restocking fee on returns.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to return pants and get no response. I call, am told to email and still no response. Meanwhile I am charged for 4 pairs of pants.

Ordering was easy and was delivered quickly. But I'm disappointed in the jeans. The fit isn't quite right--they're too big. And the fabric is so stretchy and feels kind of icky. The shape of the jeans is good for my body, but I wish I had one size down. I wore them before I realized how much they stretched, so couldn't return then, plus, returning is a pain--no return label included; restocking fee; plus postage cost deducted from your refund. Just know they're super stretchy. You'll be pulling them up all day.

I ordered a pair of jeans after completing the survey to determine my size. The first pair arrived and were too short. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice representative that did her best to help me. I explained that the inseam was not 32 inches as advertised. She offered to send another pair in hopes they might measure differently. Unfortunately, they were also too short. When I measured them they were around a 30 inch inseam! As far as fit of the jean, I liked them but I need the length and if they were a true 32 inch inseam, they would of been perfect and I would of been able to keep them.

The jeans I ordered did not fit any better than the ones I can find in a retail store...tight in the legs, and big in the waist. There’s no return process on line, so I had to wait on hold for a very long time only to be disconnected. On my second attempt I requested a call back, and that worked out ok. Lastly, I’m not happy about the $5.00 fee, and will not be shopping here again.
