Trousers are too long yet the straight leg is perfect??? Same size pant. I was wondering why? Other than that I like the pant

The slacks were made well. I did not expect the fabric used.

When I got my pants, they were too small. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. It would be useful to have an opt-in at the beginning to enter your measurements rather than just the size you normally wear, since that's so variable. Though they didn't fit, the pants do seem well-made. Looking forward to getting the replacements to try.

My first pair was PERFECT. I ordered another style that didn’t work for me (not the little black pant). I ordered this pair to have a second black pair and it was too tight. Same size. You are sending a replacement. I will admit I don’t like the haggling about returns and it may affect future orders although if the replacement pant works, maybe I’ll be glad.
