I eventually did receive my pants. Customer service was always kind when I called. The pants are nice, just a little too expensive.

Delivery was quick. Customer service was excellent. Only reason I gave a 4 was because on the second round the Jean's didn't fit me better. I believe this is because I have an unusual, hard to fit body type.

They fit good

Ordered two more pairs of trousers since I had been so happy with the first pair. Got the fit pretty close to perfect this time and I wear the trousers all the time. Sadly the duty I owed on them means I likely won’t order again. But if you live in the US these are for you!
