I am a first time buyer and purchased 2 pants, a Jean and a Capri. The jeans fit great but the capris did not (same size) Emails with your customer service I was told to keep the capris and donate them. I was refunded the money for the capris.

I have been using your products since it was little black pants and love the clothes. However I have had to deal with customer service twice now to get exchanged fine and it’s still not right. I’ll be calling again to try to get it taken care of

The website is easy to navigate, The pants are of good quality. I ordered two pairs of pants. One pair was too big overall and the other, the jeans were oddly sewn. One hip/outer thigh area pooched out and the other side fit fine. The crotch area also pooched out on one side, and not the other. This was below the zipper. When I called the first time I was old I had to know in inches exactly how much to adjust the pants. So I tried and found doing this by myself was difficult and not exact. I was afraid I would just have to return them again. I didn't even try to measure the pants that were too large overall. Short of pinning them all over, I wasn't going to do that. Most difficult, and I am sorry it is so as I did like the pants. Returned both.
