I was stunned by how well the jeans I ordered fit my normally impossible to fit curves. Imagine my dismay when I realized the sewing at the waist was "loopy" and uneven, causing the seam to be rough and rug uncomfortably. I communicated by email with Measure & Made and they immediately offered to send a new pair. I didn't even have to pay to return the flawed jeans. They just asked that I donate them. Done!

my 1st pair of slacks was a bit tight across my hip area. i called and they asked questions about how they fit and then replaced them. it was a reasonable turn around and they told me to donate the 1st pair.
