I am so grateful for M & M’s excellent marketing, service and how quickly my orders have been shipped. I’m currently wearing the jeans that I previously purchased. Best fitting jeans I’ve ever had and I am difficult to fit. And now my crops are ready for Springtime wear. Woohoo! Thank you!

The jeans arrived in a timely manner and I was excited to try them on. They didn't fit exactly as expected so I was going to return them. I tried calling customer service a couple of times but couldn't get through to a person so I tried emailing but my email bounced back. At this point I was worried, but emailed again and heard back right away. They credited my account and told me to keep the jeans to see if they worked for anyone I know. They are very nice and I have decided to keep them!! VERY HAPPY!

The customer service rep (don't know her name but she was talking to me from Pennsylvania) was so helpful.. Much appreciated as I was quite frustrated when the program would not accept the size I wanted.
