Had an issue with my original order. But thier customer service was awesome and resolved the issue above and beyond my expectations! All my friends loved thier gifts!

First, I’m going to talk about the product. I received it in good condition, and the bracelet is really great; I can tell the quality is excellent. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the shipping. If there was a possibility of delay due to high demand, you should have informed us during the checkout process. But their customer service did a really great job and was responsive, so I give it 5 stars despite the delay.

Love Rastaclat products, customer service and overall positivity messaging. We need more inspirational, uplifting outlets and Rastaclat’s good vibes movement is on target!
