Customer service is great. Return process is a little inconvenient. I know Amazon has babied us into just receiving a QR code without having to find tape/packaging etc.. but overall they are amazing on comprehending if you’re not happy with your order.

my friend introduced me with the bracelet and I loved it because my wrist is really small compare to the average or one size bracelet that any store has and now i can comfortably use my rastaclat bracelet as it sticks on my wrist and does not go up and down
