Scam website I never received the product and they provided a tracking number which was in pre shipment stage for the last 2 weeks

Have not received items.

Haven’t received them despite reaching out multiple times since ordering weeks ago!

Customer service has been difficult. I often am shipped the wrong product and never receive timely replies. I love, love the product and have found nothing that stands next to it, alas am trying again to order. I tried contacting customer service and never received a reply regarding stock.

Terrible. Never again. They are expensive and still loose your package. I am still waiting for my items. 3 items for $175 which I do mind. But loosing it or not getting it on time is unacceptable
