I am a first time
I am a first time customer and wanted to love my Welles products; bought a variety of things hoping to upgrade my scrub wardrobe for work as an OB/GYN. I had a very poor experience with Welles. First, returns/exchanges are not free like listed on the website (even if you keep an item from your order). Second, even if I wanted to exchange, things are out of stock so quickly that it didn’t make sense to keep part of a scrub set. Third, I used every method of contacting someone at Welles for help with my order (the online Help message center, the Chat platform & their listed email) and I never got a response, despite multiple attempts with each. I ended up returning everything because this poor of customer service makes me leary overall. I still haven’t heard from anyone, but at least they processed my full refund (minus the $8 return shipping costs). I’m not sure why customer service is completely absent, but that must be improved in order to keep any sort of customer base. I would have loved to be an advocate for a new company that seemed like it had good intentions (compared to Figs, where I have been getting my scrubs previously), but my experience was so poor that I’ll warn others to be cautious if looking to shop with Welles. Hopefully someone reads this review and can make some changes so that others don’t have a similar experience :(
