Poor customer service have not heard back after several attempts to reach out for support with a return issue

Order was delayed and hasn’t arrived.

Please send my refund since the Luna bra didn’t fit me and I returned it at my own expense!!

Email is the only option to reach out with customer service questions. It took several days to get an email response. I only buy from Lulalu as they carry the unique size I need. The bras are nice. The service is one out five.
