How can I review some thing that I have not yet received?

Took a long time to get the product

Bras seem great. Didn’t fit right and hurt my sides. Returned for a bigger size so juries out still. Return seems easy. Just dropped at post office today.

I was hit with a huge import and duty charge, as mentioned in the review I left for the other item in the order. As a Canadian customer, I would appreciate the option to prepay these fees when ordering. At least it arrived in a fraction of the time of my first order (3 days vs. 2 weeks).
